To check on the progress of a submitted ticket, you will need the following:

• The email address that you entered when you created the ticket.

• And the ticket reference which was given to you is step 10 of the ticket submission process (as shown below).

Check your email account as an email was sent with the required information.

Once you have the required information you can login using the form below:

Here's what to do.

1. Type your email into the "E-Mail" space provided.

2. Then type in the ticket reference in to the "Ticket ID" space provided.

3. Then click on the "Check progress" button.
